Payment Express – Online Payment System

PaymentExpress is an easy way to make payments online with your MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card, or with an electronic check from your checking or savings account.

A $1 convenience fee is charged for an electronic check. For credit cards, a graduated fee is charged based on the payment amount. Click here to view the fee schedule for credit cards.

You may pay all or part of the tax amount you owe on PaymentExpress. You must pay in full on or before April 15, 2009 to avoid penalty and interest.

The convenience fee will be displayed before you complete the payment transaction. Once the online payment transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation number. Print the confirmation page and keep it with your records.
