Payment Express – Online Payment System

PaymentExpress is our online payment system. You can make payments online with your Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card, or with an electronic check (direct debit) from your checking or savings account. (Visa is not accepted at this time.)

A convenience fee of $1 for will be charged for electronic check or a graduated fee based on payment amount for credit cards. The varying rates can be viewed by clicking on "Frequently Asked Questions" in PaymentExpress.

You may pay all or part of the amount you owe on PaymentExpress. To avoid penalty and interest, make payment in full on or before April 15, 2008.

The convenience fee will be displayed prior to completing the payment transaction. Once the online payment transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation number. This is your receipt. You may want to print the confirmation page, which contains the transaction details, and keep it with your records.
