Q. I am filing a 2007 federal return in order to get the federal stimulus payment. Should I file a 2007 Utah return also?

A. If you are filing a 2007 federal return just to get the federal stimulus payment and your income is below the Utah filing requirement amounts, you don't need to file a Utah return.

Q. Are stimulus payments taxable?
