The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs offer free tax preparation assistance for elderly and low-to-moderate income taxpayers. If you dial 2-1-1 you can make an appointment or find out about the walk-in hours for all the sites statewide.
